Judicial Department acts as administrative department of Gauhati High Court. As administrative department, Judicial department allots budget to the Gauhati High Court and issue sanction on proposals of post creation, purchase of vehicles and other financial matters. While issuing sanctions, judicial department takes views of such referral departments as may be necessary under the rules.
