Judicial Department acts as administrative department in respect of the National Law University and Judicial Academy, Assam. As administrative department, Judicial Department issues send for grant-in aid and other connected matters as may be necessary. Moreover, sanctions for approval of all Scheme for construction of building of the NLUJAA are issued by Judicial Department.
